The actual statute says “outside of this state into this state”. The reason for the law is to protect their tax revenues, so they don’t care about the state of origin.

It's a really good price considering a 750 of makers Private select goes for $60- $70 usually. Then add the CS on top as a kicker.

Guess it depends if you or the gift recipient are the bigger Maker's fan.

I can say I'd be pretty happy to get that as a gift

 

I would hold it in my collection to taste if y’all feel the price is right. $49 bucks for 1150ml is ok so I’ll pick up a set.

 

I buy the shit out of those lil triples when I come across them.

1150 mL of cask strength MM with 3 different finishes for 50-70. Great value.

 

Put me on the list for sale or trade. I’ve got some pretty nice bottles too

Working on a few bottle kills tonight, starting with the W12 then working in the Michters BS Rye. I know Michters gets a lot of mixed reviews, but the BP Rye is one of my all time favorites.

I would’ve guessed 100ish but I just checked some secondary pages and saw three sell between 160-175 shipped

 

So I quoted the price based on what I see most batches go for…did a quick search as well….apparently it’s a hitter of a batch, seeing 130-160
