Ott tune, wheels, toytec lift

Hi merry Christmas all, I’m looking to buy a 3rd member from ECGS for my 2006 prerunner v6, I’m gonna add a trutrac and 456 gears but I have one question about the flange, should I get a used flange or harmonic, I’ve tried searching but I’m not sure which one I should go with bc I couldn't find clear answers
