    The season is too long here already . Deer don’t stand a chance .Season starts October 1 through January 1 with only a week in December closed .

    Rumbling and raining here today through tomorrow it seems. Been wet enough already this season so waiting for the weather to clear before trying again. Green lighted for a couple does so it’s gonna get real if/when any show up and offer a good shot.

    He came out 200 ydr chasing and fighting some other bucks, almost like they were all Bachelored up. I let out a grunt and didn’t turn him, grabbed my rattle and did that and he stoped on a dime and headed my way, 8 min later he popped out 30 yd from my stand looking for a fightIMG_7512.jpg IMG_7521.jpg173lb 6pt no brow tines meat in the cooler and another successful season

    PA's flintlock and late archery starts today. And in-line in the two special regs area. 100% chance of rain today and tomorrow. Thursday morning should be great for taking the TC Renegade flintlock out. Easy to slip nice and quiet thru the woods.

    Go out and find some sugar beet crush, mix it with the corn. The deer here loved it. I stuck a mineral lick close by and then put a trough of water in the same area. Water was a big draw this year.
