Two weeks ago my truck would not start. No fuel was being pumped. Pulled the bed, diagnosed that there was no voltage getting to the fuel pump. Then I noticed the EFI relay was hot, so I changed it and everything worked. While doing this work I noticed that the door locks would lock-unlock with a single flip of the switch when the key was in the accessory position. Thought nothing of it and figured my kids messed it up...

Then last weekend I trailer my boat to the ramp, shut the truck off so that I don't disturb the people who live nearby at 6am while I get the boat ready. Then the truck wont start - same symptoms as before (no fuel, door locks clicking lock-unlock). So I pull the EFI relay and swap with the tail relay and it wont start. I pop open the EFI relay and verify that it is fact working.

I get another tow vehicle to the ramp, have the truck towed home and take my nephew fishing 3 hours after we were supposed to. Completely missed the tide, didn't have time to head out to the ocean and caught nothing.

I get home and I pull the circuit opening relay, give it a few taps and re-install it. Truck starts, door locks go back to normal. Now whenever I take it anywhere I leave it running.

Has anybody ever had the same issue? What are the chances that the EFI Relay and the Circuit Opening Relay had issues within days of one another? Could this be a bigger electrical issue? Problem with the ECU?
