    Find a gunsmith that will mill the slide, or buy a new slide that’s already milled for optics. Those are the only 2 options I can think of.

    Strangely, I can effectively use red dots on just about anything that’s shoulder fired. Not so much on pistols. For some reason, they slow me down in that regard unless they’re co-witnessed to iron sights, at which point I don’t need them.

    You can get optics mounting plates that mount in the rear sight dovetail slot too but they're going to put the optic up even higher. I'd send the slide to a reputable CZ gunsmith and have it milled for whatever optics platform you decide to use.
