    Hi I just joined the group I’m helping my grandson install a stereo in his 06 taco and could really use a wiring diagram if anyone knows where I could find one

    Welcome to Tacoma World. Most aftermarket stereos will come with details in the user manual. If you buy the wiring adapter pigtail from companies like Scosche or Metra, those also come with a wiring color coding key.

    I'd suggest heading over to Crutchfield.com and finding what fits. If you purchase from them, you will also get a vehicle-specific wiring diagram to help make it foolproof.
