6 speed 6” lift Flat bed White on white

Hello new member to the group Iv had a lot of Tacomas over the years be able to fix most things but I’m Stuck lol.. I have a rattle/tick noise on the passenger side valve cover I believed it was a lifter brought it to two shops both said it needed a timing chain replaced but I was replaced before I bought it.. but using a stethoscope I hear the noise on the left one. But I don’t know what it is.. anyone help me identify this
