Anyone running these? I got the HP5 from Diode Dynamics but the lighting sucks for my side mirrors. It’s only outputting directly behind the truck. I’m
Looking for a good plug and play that lights up well at close-mid distance and gets me side lighting for looking out my mirrors. I have a 2019 TRD OR

Ok so the nice multidirectional bulb shown in the original post is no longer made… their new LED is only two lights that have blind spots in it. Anyone have any recommendations on good reverse lights that are brighter than stock but still give off 360 light coverage? I’m almost debating going with the non-led bulb pictured below so I can that bright white color but still get 360 lighting the stock bulbs gave that my new Diode Dynamic bulbs do not.

I’m not really wanting to do those H1’s since they require bending to make it fit.

I see @crashnburn80 did some research and found the Deautoled was a good one but is a little pricier for a reverse light. I found these two others that are similar design. Not sure if anyone tried these or compared them to the more expensive deautoled brand.

Unashamed Diode Dynamics fanboy here. If you want ease of install drop in LEDs, the XPRs are the answer. Like the VLEDs linked above, they aren’t cheap.

The end all be all for reverse lighting will be from an auxiliary light set as mentioned previously. There’s only so much a bulb/LED drop in can do in the stock taillight housing.
