N2 DESIGNS remote start

Hi folks, wondering if anyone has heard from N2 lately. I've been having issues with my auto start kit, it in pairs and follows the pairing sequence however doesn't actually respond to key fob command (2017 auto push button). I've tried calling and emailing but I get no response or replies ((

 

They have a very good product, but in my experience; ZERO customer service! It's been over a year, when I had issues with it working on my GF's 4R after installing. Same thing, I called and emailed, NO response whatsoever, and yes,,,, I checked spam folder.
It could just be because "it's the holidays" but your experience is identical to mine. Maybe they got too big for their britches?
