I thought it would a good idea to cut away the adapter for the stock tweeters and wire skar super tweeters off of the wires. I noticed I made a big mistake because now my front door speakers are not working and I am not able to use the wires that the stock tweeter ran off of. Is there a fix for this, can I run new wires from the head unit for the tweeters so I can have my door speakers woking again. I have a 2021 Tacoma trd sport. ( I really need someone with more knowledge about this because as of right now I have given up)

Never give up , you learn from the mistakes made. Do you have a picture of how the adapters were before you cut them off? They may still be able to work. My Sr5 had the adapters glued to the bottom of the tweeters . The adapter acts as a pass through for the tweeters and door speakers. It might be easier to run you a speaker wire back to the dash from the speaker plug that’s located in the kick panel on both sides.

    How do I do that?

this is a perfect lesson into why one should never, ever, cut apart factory wiring plugs.

toyota is a company that rarely reinvents the wheel. with that in mind, it means that all of their wiring plugs are well documented, and easily converted or used to fulfil other desires of the same intent. many of the stereo system wiring has used the same plugs for the last 40 years, giving ample time for the aftermarket to accommodate most common alterations.

the factory wiring looks like the left side of this diagram, pay no mind to the colors, they only differentiate wire functions:

the reason your door speakers don't work is because there's an internal jumper within the tweeter-side of the plug that connects the door speaker wiring to the tweeter wiring.

you need to wire the correct-color positive and negative wires together in order to get your door speakers working properly. the easiest way to do this is to look at the plug that was cut off, determine their location, and then with the factory plug connected to the cut off plug, determine which wires were connected together with your digital multi meter.
