Does a bullbar for a 2018 Tacoma also fit the TRD model

That's a horrible idea. What time?
It should, but you should avoid the bull bar. They typically cause more damage and offer almost no protection from anything more than a shopping cart.

What first reply said - Look how a bull bar mounts
You hit a deer or a car with it and the top is a giant lever that will bend/crack/rip out whatever its mounted to
Get a metal bumper and don't hit anything

That thing will turn a scuffed bumper into a $4K dollar repair. Good luck with your truck.

The other issue with Bullbars, and I had one, is that some have reinforcement bars that connect to the lower radiator mounts. Those support bars will push back and take out the radiator mounts, adding more damage and maybe some other issues depending on what those bars do / where they go after the mounts break. In the pic below, mine were directly behind the main upright bars and went through lower grill openings. I don't have a pic here to show, but they are within the areas circled. Spend a little more and get a steel bumper.

Something like this will give you some protection and carry a winch if you want to go that route.
