...and a long lasting tire. That tread looks like it's over an inch deep. You don't get that in a Michelin. By my math, Swampers must be a 200k mile tire. You don't get that with Falken, BFG, or Toyo. Swampers are really the unsung hero of the perfect mix of traction on longevity.

Nobbies ain't that safe for the road. I've laid down my enduro plenty of times. Having more tread can certainly be a good thing for wear, but.. the way they're making tires now is pretty awesome. You can get all seasons that run like summers.

I think longevity is more about rubber composition. If you get a tire with sh*t traction ratings, it'll last a long time. or at least be cheap.
If you're hitting gravel, get an LT tire. There are some size restrictions there, but they're made for that stuff.

Thank you all so very much for your recommendations and advice. I decided to go with the Yoko GO15’s and let me tell you, I am not disappointed.
of course I just got them yesterday and had to go test them out a little.
Let me just say that I am shocked with the low amount of road noise, as well as the smooth ride on the road. I took my taco out to the foothills near my house for a little test drive. Since it had just rained yesterday. There was various types of terrain. Again I was impressed and shocked with how much grip these tires have without even airing down. Hope you all have a safe and prosperous new year.
Thanks again you guys and Keep the Dirty side Down. upload_2023-12-31_11-7-44.jpgupload_2023-12-31_11-7-44.jpg
