I think when these tires wear down I'll try 32s the speedo is off about 5mph and it was off about 10mph when I was at 65 the GPS said 55. So maybe the 32s will make it normal with 4.10 gears. It still has alot of power and doesn't feel sluggish on the freeway. I do have alot of gear on the truck though as you can see.

Looking good! I need to post mine finished up!

I think if someone just does the 3" spindles in the front then the 30's are the max. Maybe that spacer you did on top of the spring gives you that extra room. Cause I rub pretty good, still trimming it down here and there.

Maybe sometime I'll do a full write up of what I learned and ran into, if anyone sees this and has questions reach out. But here is the before and afters. 1. Before 2. After the lift 3. With new rims/tires

Sorry to jump in so late in your conversation. What did you do to raise the rear?
I plan on running Daystar 1.5" leveling kit on the front. I spoke with someone who ran 1.5" leveling kit with stock rear suspension and fit 30's all around.

@NotA4x4 For the rear I did an add a leaf (mine were shot), and I did the rear shackle. However, for tire size the rear isn't much of a problem the 1.5 might be enough in the rear. In the front though if you are dealling with a stock 5lug in that first gen.. I bet 30's would require pretty significant trimming or mods to get them to fit in the front. Not sure though because I didn't try it! haha I did the 3" spindles in the front, trimmed out about as much plastic as I could and I still rub a little bit with the right bumps.

Ahh right on lol I ended up going with the fabtech kit. 4 new shocks, 3” spindle on the front and 2” shackle for the rear. Items should arrive later today. I might need some trimming but who knows haha

That should work well for you. Reach out if you have questions.
    - Getting the old shackle off might test you to your core, just hit harder;)
