Hey guys I’m thinking of buying these wheels/tires from a co-worker of mine. I want to replace the tires. what size should I get for an 18 inch wheel? These are 225/45/18

X runners are 5 lugs and came with 18" if you want to research that.

But I'd wager those pictured wheels won't have the same specs as OE wheels. Which could definitely impact tire size and clearances

    Proceed with caution.

Equivalent size tires for 18s would be 225/50 if you want to keep the same width as what is on the wheel currently. Looking at them it looks like the tires are slightly stretched so they would probably be better suited to have 245/45 tires on them. As mentioned above you need to check clearances due to what are probably different width and offsets from stock for the truck.
