Hi friends, I am planning to buy a 2024 Taco trail hunter, but worry its REAR shocks oldman emu might sag when carry load to 1,500 lb permanent gears doing overland. Anyone knows about spring and shocks doing overland, please help. Thanks

Shocks don't determine ride height or support load. Springs do that

Over time, aftermarket companies will come out with stiffer spring and airbag options for the rear

I'll be doing at least airbags right away, they help with my camper a lot. I figure I will run the stock leafs for a bit but could be doing resi shocks all around out of the gate as well.

There will probably be various aftermarket heavier-rate coil springs available. Tundra/Sequoia springs may drop in as well. I guess we'll find out 6 months from now...
