3rd gen Tacoma TRD Sport, long bed.

Hi everyone. I've been searching for a bit now but with so many options I'm looking for something simple (or as simple as it can be) for a 3rd gen long bed:
I'd like to get a soft top shell, but I'd also like to get a lockable retractable tonneau cover. Is there a system where both can be applied if necessary? Or maybe two systems that are interchangeable? I hope that makes sense. Thank you in advance.
