1,000 pound limit. My off road bumpers, sliders, skids, lights and recovery gear are about 300 pounds over stock weight. So, if the wife and me are loaded up for a Christmas visit and hauling gifts etc do I chance the weight of the extra 30 rack? It's after the fact and everyone involved is alive so it's ok to discuss this now.

It's a dark secret, so look closely at the information up in the dark part of the photo.

I've well exceeded the weight limit on 2 separate occasions driving 10+ hours each way. The truck won't handle the same, but take your time you should be fine. :turtleride:

Edit: that was on stock tires too. :bananadead:

You’re Ok, all those mods don’t count and you can also put in a rear seat delete and save weight by saying you can’t take extra passengers and they will have to walk instead. And cargo is the stuff you put in, carry around and then take out of the truck, it’s not the stuff you bolted or welded on it - that stuff is part of the truck. :bananadance:

Really though, I’m up there too with all steel underneath and on the sides by Mobtown and shmellmopwho, a large ARE shell, tools to the hilt in back, and just added an extra heavy hard shell RTT to top it off.
