Those old steel desks were introduced in the 1940's, often called "tanker desks", they were built to last several lifetimes. They sell for good coin in nice condition.
That one looks nice and clean and has those neat swept back braces on the legs.

I have a smaller one with drawers on just one side in the office at the garage, I moved it twice - had to dissemble it both times.

It is in the forever location now - the next guy to move it won't be me.
