2023 DOOR LOCK ISSUE/QUESTION

    HAVE CONCERN/ ISSUE
    WE LEAVE SECOND KEEY FOB INCENTER BOX SO THAT IF DOORS ARE LOCKED WE CAN GRAB THE DOOR HANDLE TO GET IN.
    WE FIND THAT THIS FEATURE DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK.
    NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHY IT DOES THIS.
