lemon Law tips

In coming weeks I'm about to have a hearing for my Lemon law claim against Toyota for the ongoing issues with my truck. I believe I have a pretty strong case, but I'd appreciate hearing the experience of others who have been through this process, especially from those with vibration, and deceleration vibration claims.

I'm interested in the tactics they use to fight their case, what their settlements look like to buy back and or keep the vehicle, and how long that took once the case was determined. Also, if you lost the case, on what basis and what you could have done differently.

Once my case is determined I will post the facts unless I am otherwise bound by law.
