Canadian Configurator is finally live

Wait, at this point the cheapest Tacoma I can get is over 50K without taxes? Faaaaaack.

Well for anyone's who's interested in the 2024 Tacoma, prepare to perform when meeting the salesperson......

 

I think the selection of 6MT models is pretty disappointing. No manual trans with leather seats? No 14” screen? Not even dual AC? I was excited for the 2024 but I’m not sure I want to give up features I already have on my 2020 just to get one. The only positive is that the TRDOR is available with the 6 speed now, but only the base model. Hoping they release a few more options in the future besides the Hybrid Max ones, but I’m thinking they will not.

 

I would talk with a dealer before rushing to judgment. The configurator might be in error right now.

 

Yea I’ve seen errors on it before. As far as the dealer, it’s my experience that the average person on TW knows more about a Tacoma than the average salesperson. Haha. Hopefully they start taking deliveries soon though so I can at least go see one in person!
