What should I use to paint my grille?

Woke up this morning with the feeling of "I'm going to mod all day". Everyone knows what thats like.

I've decided that I want to paint my sun faded and water spotted grille. I have the stock base model 2nd gen grille and I've read a thread on plasti dip but was thinking about krylon fusion?

So other than needing help on which one to choose, with either one of those paints do I still need to wet sand and prime?

I have Krylon Fusion on my homemmade satoshi grill... and it seems to be standing up well over the past year and a half. I did not wet sand between coats.
