Thought I'd share some pics of my powered sub installed under the driver's seat of my 2010 Tacoma. It was a tight fit, and some mods were needed but hoping this helps anyone else interested in doing this particular sub.

I needed to cut a metal bracket (yellow metal in one off the pics) to get the subwoofer closer to that side of the floor to clear the seat tracks and other connectors so it wouldn't interfere with the seat sliding back and forth. I also use seat jackers which I think do help quite a bit in general and also with fitting something like this under the seat.

I used self-tapping screws to attach the brackets to the hvac vent at the front of the sub and through the floor at the back of the sub. Makes it easy to see the subwoofer audio controls at the front and make adjustments. Plenty of clearance from people's feet at the back. I might want to add something to protection the wires from getting kicked or the 12v power wires getting shorted out.

I haven't spent a ton of "seat time" with this subwoofer yet. So far, I've noticed it has an intermittent turn-on "pop" from the sub which is kind of annoying, but doesnt happen all the time. It seems to have a decent amount of kick, and having upgraded my head unit and door speakers a few months ago, I was already getting some decent bass and sound quality. Might need to play with the crossover points, and amp gain, etc.

The extra bass knob is kind of nice so you can adjust up and down as you like while driving. I have it mounted in the little storage shelf near your right knee.
