As I'm sure a good many of ya have done the same, I'm amassing parts for a front steer/susp refresh. 120k and ball joint leaks and creaks. Curious as to what you guys have done, or forgotten and wish you had... I've hit the search tab up with good success save for some threads being aged

Currently installed are JBA uppers, 2020 TRD O.R. coils and shock low mileage.
I've got OEM LCA's going on, tie rod ends and steering rack (and HS offroad AAL's to stiffen and raise the rear a hair)

With all that's coming off in that area, is there anything I'm missing that should be done while in that vicinity?

Sway bar end links? I know they commonly go bad and likely causing me irritating sound issues, but I may just remove it altogether.
Aftermarket bushings or stick w/ oem yoter?

Shes a daily, see's rough hunting tract land and light off-roading but nothing too wild

Sounds like you have it pretty well covered. If you keep the sway bar I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to get new bushings and end links so that it's all new and fresh without squeaks.

May want to do a power steering flush before/during installing the new rack to clear out the junk. No sense pushing old bad fluid through a new rack. You could also consider removing the reservoir and lines and cleaning those at the same time too.

If you are doing the steering rack too it may not be a bad time to check or replace your intermediate steering shaft that goes from the rack to your steering wheel. That's the only thing I see omitted from the list and isn't always a "must upgrade" part but just the only other thing I can see still being a potential issue after upgrading everything else.

Almost forgot about the flush out

Wana just rip the sway bar off, I'm not concerned w/ the handling "issue", when we go long distance/high speed driving we take the ol ladys car - just heard talk of it prematurely wearing out components though I'm not sure if thats from rock crawling etc or just general operation
