Evening everyone

 

Evening Chuck, watching the local weather, they were giving visibility reports, 1/2 mile, 1/4 mile, a couple of places had 0 visibility, hunkering down, it’s winter.

 

I had Tricare and only paid $11 a month because it was secondary insurance. Working at Mayo Clinic I have Cadillac insurance and never paid anything for years. What Mayo didn't cover Tricare did.

Then I turned 65 last year and Tricare dropped me because I'm still working. Not eligible for Tricare For Life until you retire for good. Didn't realize how good I had it until I didn't have it anymore.

Coworker happens to be a retired Sr. Chief and we usually start work ~6:30 AM while all the "kids" are still in the rack. We spend the first half hour in the Chief's mess drinking coffee, erh on the phone with each other. He is 68 and punching out at 70, yesterday he reminded me that he only has a year and a half left. I'm not so sure I will keep going until 70, when he punches out I may very well be carrying his seabag for him. And mine.

Visibility is definitely going down in your area , Here in Gallatin which is East of Nashville we're at 4 mile visibility . The winds are definitely picking up with some very strong gusts . Not looking forward to the snow accumulation we're expecting to get

NWS is forecasting up to 6" of snow and not.looking forward to shoveling my driveway



This was two years ago in January when i moved into my new house and that was 4" of snow

Good evening everybody.

The squall line pushed through here by early afternoon. Some pretty good thunderstorms and high winds along with it. Looks like it raised the water level in the pool by a couple of inches. Leaves in the pool weren’t too bad this time. Only had to skim them out for about 15 minutes, will run the Polaris tomorrow to get the ones off the bottom.

Good luck to those still in the path.

Next week the cold makes it down here, not looking forward to that.
