    Hello All,

Just installed the Eibach stage 2R kit on a 2019 TRD sport with roughly 40k miles. Cranked the front down to about 1.5" and am running their 1.5" rear block. I'm running total chaos uniball UCAs with about 4k miles on them that came off my last truck; there were no issues there, I also recently had Nitto Ridge Grappler 265/70s mounted on scs f5s. Tires are new, and never had a problem with the wheels before. I did not do the carrier-bearing drop kit as I read it was not necessary for anything under 3" over stock height.

Am getting a rotational/pulsing vibration that is felt in both pedals and the floorboard, whether I'm braking, accelerating, or cruising between 35-45mph. The vibration completely stops after around 20 minutes of driving and does not return until the truck has been shut off for about 10 hours.

Put the truck in 4WD and it got better, so I believe it must be needle bearing, Its not a crazy bad vibration and like I said above it goes away after 20 minutes of driving. Any idea how many miles I can drive the truck like this? I'm scheduling the bearing replacement for the end of January as I will not have time between now and then, and I don't really want to go digging around in there on jack stands in the winter, nor do I trust myself with a job like this.

I've driven roughly 500 miles since the installation; I read in another thread that some drove thousands of miles before fixing this issue. Any info helps

    Cheers

For what its worth, I already had a vibration pre-lift @ stock height that was in the floorboard and front passenger seat. Had similar experiences such as yours where it would go away after awhile and the truck is warmed up. Did the ECGS bushing replacement as part of the lift install and the vibration is gone!

I went over a year and 10k miles.
But mine never went away when warm.

You can drive like this indefinitely, limited by your own tolerance for the vibrations.

Never seen a needle bearing actually fail. (Though they sometimes get damaged during removal.)

I've been driving my truck with the same vibration from July 2022 up until yesterday (I got the ECGS bushings installed and the vibrations are gone).

Highly recommend doing the bushing. I had a phantom vibration I was chasing for quite awhile and turned out to be the needle bearing. Swapped it out and no more issues.

Mine started acting up after my ICON lift was installed. I have an appointment a week from Monday to have the ECGS installed. I replaced 2 of those damn things on my 4Runner.....It is a must replacement for anyone doing a lift. They are quite weak from the factory.
