New member, first time toyota owner, 2022 tacoma TRD4X4 sport

Tacoma 2022 3.5L V6 gas TRD4X4 sport, at dealership , 11,864 miles, did oil/filter change, in july 2023. Service only put 5qts oil in according to invoice.
Here it is january 2024, truck makes knocking noise, gas mileage has decreased and after checking fluid levels coolant is below min mark, oil does not register on stick and i am upset. Set up service and tire rotation at 16,473 miles for today, what kind of damage, due to neglect on part of service dept, could my tacoma have or may develop in future ? Is there a test to check, and what options do i have to be compensated for the premature wear on the engine and life expectancy of tacoma? Dealership was responsible and i did not investigate until now because i trusted business. Please enlighten me of steps to take.

Truck should still be under warranty correct
I’d make sure the dipstick reads sufficient oil before you bring it in and play dumb
Let them tell you what’s wrong or what’s not wrong
