Does this screw go to something on the truck?

Found this finger screw inside the truck and I have no clue where it came from. I’m assuming it is likely from something I had inside the cab, but thought I’d check here in case it belongs somewhere on the truck.

 

It doesn’t look OE, but that’s a guess.

 

Yeah, this is gonna be odd, but it’s from a set of ratchet straps

I think it’s the husky brand that is attached to the packaging with a screw like that

 

Haha! You’re totally right! I bought a set of Husky ratchets before a trip and must have dropped it!
