    Hey all,
Im installing an ARB twin air under the passenger seat of my 2023 taco trd off rd and im wondering if I remove these wiring harness connectors for re route if it will set off my air bags or damage anything? The reason i worry is cause these 2 are painted with paint pen for some reason from dealer. I already re routed all but these 2 connections. What do you all think has anyone done this? I attached a photo TIA.

(Edit)-also i did remove the negative battery terminal before i touched anything

No. Recommend disconnecting the battery while you work though

So it won’t damage anything? And ya I removed the negative terminal before I touched anything.

The paint marks are not from the dealer. It is from assembly of the seats. It's a QC mark, to verify that the connectors have been connected.

As @mcmcolem said. Disconnect the battery anytime you are messing with airbag harness connections.

Not unless you physically damage the connectors. Nothing electrical will happen. You can take the seat completely out of the truck with those connectors plugged in
