I’ve waited over a year

I picked up my 2022 Tacoma SR5 October of 2022. It’s my very first new car and my very first truck. I initially was looking at Ford Rangers at the time until I realized how expensive they were compared to factory value and assumed that Tacomas were going to be the same way. I happened to pass by a Toyota dealership on a day off and decided to pop in. Long story short, I ended up in a brand new Tacoma and I’ve been in love ever since. I decided to go with a RWD because (for good reason) everyone does an off-road build and I know that I can afford the truck but not to fix it if (when) I break it being dumb on a trail. My goal is to eventually have a quick (not fast because, well it’s still a Tacoma) street/daily driver. Honestly, it’ll be cool just be able to do a burnout sometimes. So far, none of the mods I’ve done have been performance based yet but those will come in time. I’ll do a build thread separately but I just wanted to share my story here and say hey! I’m excited to be a part of the community and can’t wait to dig deeper. The picture is from the day I got it from the dealership with ~100 miles on it
