I get bored and make stuff in CAD. Sometimes I make something that isn't absolute nonsense.

I know this sort of thing already exists, but I'm happy with the result produced by my 20 minutes of design.

Here is another picture of the "armor" part.

A request has been made to add a bottle opener. It'll be in the next version.

I'm doing random designs to get familiar with functions in a new CAD program. This was a warm up because I thought of the name in the shower lol

This is a trailer hitch skid plate that keeps the hitch from getting snagged. It's definitely not optimized and I did zero measurements. I'm willing to tune the design and pump some out as weld together kits if there is actual interest, but there won't be :bananadead:

    Yeah.
I don't want to know what you were doing in the shower to come up with that name.

I like it, when I learned cad almost a decade ago I just started designing a full suspension mountain bike. To me it is the best way to learn.

    Just some stuff...
In the beginning of this thread I thought butt knuckle must be the latest version of moose knuckle, but now I’m pretty sure I was wrong, so very, very wrong…

If you want. But it keeps the hitch receiver from catching when your departure angle isn't good enough.
