HomeDepot sells coated thick cables for locking stuff up and use that. Even going through the rim and just around your support bar for the rear will do. Yes, angle grinder will get through. It's all bout appearances though to deter

I had one of these locking mine down forever.

The 12’ was handy so I could lock down whatever else I wanted as well. They are adjustable to any size.

I just don't leave a spare in the truck unless I'm going wheeling, but even then I usually don't bother taking it :bananadead:

yeah yeah :annoyed: need power hooked up in our new shop so I can get the compressor going and start using the plasma table again. I've just been designing stuff in CAD so as soon as I can I'll get cutting and welding. Gunna buy @Caboose117 's DD links, mostly so he quits posting about it on here :D

so my plan is to centermount a 9" front diff, but do any of you know what guys typically do for that? just run on the coast side of the gears? I'm not too interested in running a True Hi-9 as the driveshaft placement would suck.

I'll likely be using a Dutchman IRS aluminum center mount housing with 934 stubs as it's about 1/5 the price of a currie or spidertrax setup, and has tons of options for mounting.

Long thread, but a cool build that uses that IFS diff. Might have something of value?

I think a lot of IFS builds are rear engine so they can run a low pinion on the drive side for the front and a high pinion on the drive side in the back if I remember right.

Guess I can post this here, as @WormSquirts video gave me the fuzzies about ordering one. Didn't want to do the same shock towers as mostly everyone else. Just going on a mid-travel truck, unsure if 12" or 14" right now.

Gets me a fancy shock relocation and stiffens the frame up a little bit at the same time. Things are super beefy.

This 2022 Shelby GT500 with only 1,600 miles that I'm currently working on could have been badass...but, has a shift knob instead of a clutch pedal.
