Yes - the site is legit.

People here have varying opinions. My personal opinion is this: For larger qualities of items, of well researched part numbers, toyota parts deal is often the best option.

Most folks complain that their return process is not great, and that their shipping is slow or expensive.

With that in mind, research your part numbers, and order ahead of time.

If time or smaller quantities are important, ordering online for pickup in person at a dealer is better..

I have not had an issue with toyota parts deal in the last 5 years of ordering things from them, and they ship from socal, so things usually arrive quick for me (also in socal).

Same experience here as Andy01DblCabTacoma. I've used them several times for lower cost items. I'm in SoCal as well, so items show up fairly quickly. I returned one item, and the return process went fine though there was a restocking fee.

If you were going to order something like a $700 LED headlight that is notorious for showing up w/a broken mounting tab, there may better options to make sure you don't eat any return costs.

Actually was going to order new headlights but my usual place won’t ship headlights.
