    Hello TW!

Long time TW lurker finally joined to bring in the new year.

In 2015 when I was in college I bought this car for a whopping $1700 as a daily driver that I could go on adventures in knowing next to nothing about cars nor 1st gen Tacoma's reliability. This truck lived its early years in the southwest before I bought it so its frame knows nothing of the horrors of Northeastern roads ...but had also been rear ended.

Thanks to youtube and these forums I've been able to almost entirely avoid going to the mechanic and work up to some pretty serious mods/repairs. This '96 5 speed manual 2.4L base model now sports a 3' spindle lift with AAL and shackles with 235/75/15 tires and 15 inch rims and newly upholstered seats.

With nearly 300k miles I plan on doing truck stuff while I slowly restore this baby one project at a time.

I appreciate everyone's knowledge and expertise in advance!
