Looks like SET region holding onto those port trucks for a bit.

I don't disagree. My biggest problem with CR reliability data is simply that the people reporting (and there are plenty of them) are only CR subscribers. Not very representative of the general population. If there is a better or more representative source of reliability data, as others have said - I have not heard of it in my 20+ years of being a CR subscriber (and 20+ years of buying Japanese cars.) It's all we've got.

Meanwhile, their test drive report data is excellent. When they get around to it.

The interesting thing is that I have been following this thread since August and I have seen many first-hand accounts of those who bought brands other than Toyota. Their accounts tend to match what CR says, which in summary is:

"There are Japanese brands, and then there is everything else..." ;)

Spied while I was at the hipster doofus snob grocery store today.

Tundras make 37s look small, you know you want it. Could scratch the new truck itch you have like right now…

Your truck looks much better than anything you might possibly trade for. Chill. Buy some guns or something.

I would like to think that my hillbilly ass buying a couple of GX's has contributed to the downfall.

This part still pisses me off. The dealer I bought mine at in Lexington did NOT have ice cream. Or at least if they had it, there was nobody there to fix it for you. They just had a few coffee decanters like a Toyota dealer the poors go to.

My wife's came with a hitch and mine didn't. So, I am going to have a hitch put on mine soon at Lexus of Dayton. They damn well better have ice cream!
