97, 2.7l, 4x4, manual transmission. Key wont turn past ACC

    3" suspension lift, 31.5x10 r15 A/T tires, tow package, aftermarket clutch
    All of a sudden it wont start, stranded in parking lot, need help asap!
    It wont turn past ACC. Been watching youtube videos but none show manual trans help.
    Looking for info on how to get it started once to make it home so it doesnt get towed.
