Techstream not working- need code

Hi Gents, Installed TS v 15.00.xx and I believe all the correct drivers (mini vci) I'm able to start TS up and install the cable without an issue, but when attempting to connect to my vehicle, its asking for the key code. I was following a german tutorial on the install that would not require the number, but got bogged down with it as I couldn't find all the files they were showing. So If I can just get the correct key code I should be good to go...anyone have it?

 

I mean...if you legally bought a software license you should be able to call Toyota and get what you need. Right?
