I’ve combed thru some videos but haven’t seen a clear solution yet. It’s great that there will be a DC power option in the bed, but has anyone seen options for mounting a fridge slide? In my 3G I currently have my dometic fridge slide bolted through the bed.

You can probably bolt the fridge slide through the bed the same way, as the 4th gen retains the similar SMC composite bed. This time around Toyota will be happy to bend you over and sell you one:

What do you normally use yours for? Beer and ham sandwiches?

I don't have a fridge. I have a Coleman marine cooler that occasionally gets ejected from the bed.

My fridge stays strapped in at the front corner against the cab. I access it from the side through my camper shell windoor. No slide needed. I prefer it up there because I sleep in the bed on a drawer and it would be a hassle crawling in and out if it was near the tailgate blocking all the free space. My mountain bike also fits better with the fridge at the cab vs the tailgate. And it makes a nice bedside table since my head is near the cab.
I just have a strap around it connected to the single hook on the bed wall in that front corner. It doesn’t budge.

there will probably be other bed platforms that will come out from goosegear or AJC. That would be the better option if you don’t want to drill in to your bed and mount a fridge slide. Or you can do one on your own. Someone put up a thread out here on how to DIY.
