Haven't made a simple grilled chicken breast in a while. It was SO juicy and tasty. Lemon pepper seasoning and a full lemon squeazed over it throughout the cook.

The tri tip steaks came out amazing too.

First grill of the year. Two lonely boneless chops, marinated in 1000 Island.
    They were delicious..

I over did the steak by about a minute......the char is intentional, I just got side tracked for about 30 seconds to long. It was supposed to be rare/medium rare and it came out medium. Wasn't on point I guess.:annoyed:

It was still good, but more done than I prefer, my wife likes it that way though so it wasn't a complete failure. Plus the salad kicked ass. I have my own dressing I make, the wife likes that Olive Garden bullshit. We weren't overly hungry so we split the steak and had salads, it came in a two pack so I have a chance at redemption with that particular cow. Can't win them all, shit happens as they say, it was still pretty good. :notsure:

GF picked up some NY steaks from Costco. Man they are Thicc. Grilled them with my favorite seasoning, Famous Dave's.

Trying the veggies and meat separately. Seems like the veggies over cook with how long the meat takes.
