When I spoke to him on Sat he asked what I thought how the fix should be done, I told him we will need to re-shore the whole area, cut out the affected column parts saving what we can, drill/epoxy new rebar in and form and pour it.
He didn't see any stress cracks, and when I got here and inspected I didn't see any either. I think it was such a hard impact it just sheared out locally and didn't transmit that force elsewhere. He is supposed to be sending me the fix today or tomorrow, he said its going to be pretty much exactly what I told him.
Shutting down that corner of the bldg is precautionary, thats alot of weight being cantilevered over a severely weakened column so we wanted to err on the side of being safe.

I think you nailed it. When I zoom in on the back left wheel I thought I saw a Lexus logo on the center cap. It's been driving me nuts what kind of car it was. Thanks man!!

Can’t remember who said it, but I know it was said. Considering how small the little mother fucking SUN is it’s inevitable. DO NOT LOOK AT THE SUN. We were taught this from a young age for a reason.
my left eye is watering like Niagra, I have to have a pirate patch on to type this.
Jesus, I feel like I got my ass kicked by a midget hulk hogan.
Who would have thought that something so small can produce a laser that can eliminate your corona, retina AND lower brain stem all in a fraction of a second.
IF you manage to get this thing pointed in the right direction before hitting the light on button you enemy has zero chance.

FYI don’t look at the light, Indiana Jones had it correct. Don’t look. I think I am more brain damaged than before it happened.

    Yeah.
Still off topic but on the topic of lights, my wife got me one of these a while back: https://liteband.com/

It's not appreciated as much when camping, but it's awesome for doing any kind of work on the truck (especially underneath) or around the house. I just had to replace the garbage disposal, and it was great for seeing everything under the sink without having to hold a flashlight.

Upon closer inspection, only the two fenders are damaged. Bolt-on replacement in the Walmart parking lot

It's a Porsche. The fenders probably cost as much as the car! Factor in new headlights... insurance might declare it totaled!

edit to add pic. So about 6k plus tax for the headlights... no including labor.

^Ok so about 3x the price of Tacoma headlights. How much are the fenders showing on that web site?
