    Morning Sir.

    Just going day by day..
Staying busy as all hell. You know what’s that like lol

Trying to navigate unavailable diabetic meds because fat people can’t keep food out of their mouths.

Still working on the 2000GT restore.
Going to back the Elva out of the trailer soon and start going through things and maybe relocate some switches..
    So STUFF. ROFLMAO…

Oh, did fix a blower for a guy…

My right knee is pretty much history at this point as I had the right medial meniscus and some of my right medial cartilage removed 13-months ago, so at this point, it needs to get replaced. As for shoes, I have a high arch and short but wide feet (9eeee), the only shoes I've been able to get any mileage in without injury are Asics Cumulus for street surfaces (which I tend to avoid except for races or when I'm on the road and need a workout) and the various trail shoe offerings, also by Asics.

Yippee! Another great day is here! Cloudy, but 51*! Not much vitamin D, so maybe I’ll head an hour north to the shooting range. I need to sight in an older Kimber Montana in 30-06 I got and see if it shoots well. If not a rebarrel to maybe a 280 AI. This will be my light weight mountain rifle.
Hopefully wifey doesn’t come up with a bunch of chores!
Great weather as in upper 40s and 50s for the next 10 days! A great time to catch up on the outdoors!
Hope everyone gets some of this cold weather break! Have an inspiring day!

At my VA med center here in Nashville I'm seeing two Neurologists . The one I saw yesterday is Neuromuscular specialist and she's helping me with my Neuropathy of my lower legs . Next Monday I have another visit at the same VA clinic and this doctor specializes in Neurological disorders such as my Parkinson’s disease

I had supervised PT at a Physical therapy facility last year from October thru December 2x's . This facility specializes in Parkinson's and Neuropathy patients

This Physical therapy therapy really helped me and since that last visit I December I've been doing a home PT program . I was given a list of exercises to do 3x's week and it's helping but not as it was during supervised PT

Did you have a cement on or a press-fit knee put in?

Good Morning Tom. Good luck with the guitar. The closest thing I can do musically is turn on the radio.

@1buzzbait when you can, keep it moving That shoulder will get better. I think I would rather have stints than go through that surgery again.
