    Greetings everyone,

first post here, I’ve been reading for several years. But today I need some help. I’m Changing the 3 belts on a 5VZFE (2001 tundra 6 cylinder). And the bolt/stud that the AC idler pulley sits on is stuck/seized. It will not move up or down for adjustment even with the adjustment bolt almost all the way out. this is the First time belts have ever been changed on this truck or this part probably adjusted. I need some advice on the best way I can get this bolt to loosen up so I can adjust the pulley position and reinstall the belt for the AC. Any advice or help on how to move this seized part would be greatly appreciated !

(also I do realize That I posted this in the 1st Gen. Tacoma forum, since I see more posting activity here than the Tundra section.)

Spray penetrating oil to the front and rear of the adjusting bolt. Thread on the nut to protect the threads and let it sit. ~10 min later, tap it with a rubber mallet.
