I would get the ones in the first pic that go into the track, the second ones are designed to go under the lip of the box which toyota's don't have.

This is my set up I had on my 2020 SR. A.R.E DCU, insulated with 1” foam board, it was an awesome set up but they are made from lightweight material and shitty welds so it started breaking up from rough roads , sucks because I put a shit ton of work into it

The first ones are actually designed to go into the rail on a Tacoma, I had them on my other shell and they worked well, I’m currently using the ones in the second pic because they came with the shell

Looking at it closer today I think I am just going to replace the shell to bed seal with the ESI bubble seal.
I’m going to have to try and do it on the truck, was thinking a 4x4 block under each corner will give me enough room

Thought I would update. I removed the seal I had on there, it was some generic double bubble stuff, it was pretty stiff stuff plus I had two rows of it on thereand replaced it with ESI bubble seal which is a lot softer plus I added two clamps towards the very back utilizing the bed bolts, everything sits perfect now.
    Thanks for the help!
