    Hi Y'all!
Can anyone recommend their favorite after market seat covers? (front seats only). I'm looking for seat covers made specifically for the model, not the generic POS from Advance Auto. I've looked at Rough Country, but wondering what other options are out there, that other Taco owners like. Thanks!

Depends on what you’re looking for.
I wanted water resistance, so opted for the Rough Country. Nothing fancy, but they do the job. Not an exact fit around the power driver seat controls, but made it work.

Any seat covers that fit the factory seats like a glove? No slack or creases?

    I like the Carhartt covers.
Note; they are not the super slick, snug fitting type, and that is why I wanted them,,, I don't want to take the seats out to install covers, or spend all day wrastling them in the driveway to clean them. I use covers for just that, they cover the seat to protect and go in and out for a quick wash.

After 6 months or so, I’m still happy with my Saddleman Saddle Blanket seat covers.

    Great! Thanks, @Bill0351
I'm looking for something that fits pretty snugly and won't scoot around or pucker.
The Saddleman covers look snug. Are they easy to install? Thanks!

My hubby put Rough Country seat covers on our 2017 Taco recently, and while the quality is great, the way that he scoots in and out of the seat, the seat covers pucker a bit. I think we need to tie them down better.

Seat savers from Covercraft. I have been selling them for years and have never had a complaint (oil field trucks, heavy use) They have Carhart also,I prefer the poly cotton. Just as tough, not paying for the name

How much abuse do you think they'll get? I love my Clazzio seat covers for A/C. Fit like they came from the factory. But, I don't get them real dirty or messy. There are a couple of threads on here about them.

I would agree on the Covercraft. Have had them for several year, fit great. I also was looking for something that fit snugly. They make a bunch of different kinds and materials. Cant go wrong in my opinion.

Thank you, everyone for great suggestions!
After looking at all of these and considering our recreational activities (camping, mud, and black powder shooting), and wanting a snug fit, yet reasonable cost, plus my husband's past experience with Saddleman... I think we're going with Saddleman's Ultraguard Ballistic covers. I'm going to call Saddleman and ask a couple of questions. I really appreciate everyone's feedback and suggestions. Thanks a ton!

I was planning on ordering the Rough Country seat covers. I was at Costco today and they had a pair of wet suit material seat covers for $29.99! I figured it was worth trying them out. If they don't fit well, I'll throw them in my old Jeep. I installed them this evening but it was too dark for a good photo. I'm gonna adjust them tomorrow and I'll get a pic.

Are they worth the $300? I really want to get a nice set. I'm a big guy, we have a dog, I don't want to wrestle around tightening my stupid seat cover or have it move around on me alot. I like that aspect of stock seats. That said, my dog will trash my seats, and mine are not black (they're the gray ones). We were looking at the carhartt ones. We are the types of people to wear carhartt too so yeah lol

I had rough country for a while but ended up shelling out some extra cash for a katzkin leather package. Rough country is nice due to the waterproofing but doesn't fit as well as I wanted.

The katzkin leather has lasted me for a long time, fits the seats perfect and are worth the price of installation imo, but they are an aftermarket leather not a "seat cover". I can share some photos if you'd like.
