    OP, pretty much all advice has been given. Essentially take nothing for granted or at face value. Frames are the biggest issue. Pictures don't tell the whole picture. But they can help you at least move things on to the physical inspection stage. Joint welds, by the cat, and cab mounts especially. If a seller won't take detailed frame pics (or video) pass on it.

    And most importantly, if you have a current vehicle: have patience. It took me near 6 months of serious searching, with another 6 of casual filter alerts before I found the one meeting all my criteria (including budget). Consider a road trip to a non salt state if possible.
