I know Bilsteins 5100 extended which I will likely get. I have 5160 now on a 3" rear lift.

    Any other option?
    TIA

Tundra shocks? Custom length? Your going to need somthing with an extended shock body to achieve the right eye to eye measurement for that and still have downtravel

Gotta take measurements at stuff and droop to know which shock will work with your application. Or just get a shock that's spec'd for 5" of lift
