Actually looks better without the black fender flares-liners.

The 02's had a plastic like radiator body-I discovered by luck mine had a crack in it. I'd check that and if need be replace the radiator with an upgrade. I had an 02 for years, both kids drove it during their College years and it was my daily driver after that. I wish Toyota made something like that again, I'd buy a new quad cab in a heartbeat. Hand crank windows all day long baby!

They don't offer the exact kit that I purchased but this one is really close and should be excellent. But give them a call, they can point you in the right direction for the $$ you want to spend. It looks like the don't sell the custom threaded Bilstein struts anymore but the new offerings look nice. The good thing about their kits is you get everything. Even stuff you may not want to use. Options are nice.

Welcome to TW. I just had the same problem with my 06 super duty not getting to temp. First thing i tried after diagnoses was the thermostat going bad and being open all the time. Behold my greatest mechanical feat... being right the first time. Anyway I'd look at the thermostat, but I'm not a mechanic and I don't want to send you down a replacing parts for no reason rabbit hole.
