New to the truck world

    What's up everyone, I just upgraded to a Tacoma in November from a Prius and have been loving it! It has already been super great having it for ski season, getting up to the mountains and hauling my friend's and my gear in the bed. I am super excited to get into the truck/off roading world and am super interested in DIY mods.

    So far, all I've done is install a soft roll-up tonneau cover, painted my skid plate and tow hooks, and added the trim-color badge. I really like the look of viper cuts, I just haven't committed yet. Next thing I want to do is install a power tailgate lock and am needing to look for a good tow hitch, any suggestions?

    Nice looking truck. Welcome to the forum. The simple touch-ups to the hooks and the plate make such a big difference for minimal cost. They, and the complete trailer hitch were the first touch-ups I did when I got my truck. I stayed with satin-black for mine, but they made an immediate appearance difference.

    It's basically an aluminum Tacoma with its 3.5L V6 and 6spd auto :D
