Long story short, I bit the bullet and ordered Oem led headlights from sparks parts . I used Chloe’s video to reference parts numbers. (She has them listed in description) after a huge fiasco with fed ex and “missing and delayed boxes” they finally showed up. they arrived different days. The first box was box 2 of 2 and didn’t have shipping list. Anyway two weeks later I get the 1 of 2 box , it has packing list and I noticed one of my part numbers is circled in red pen. Couldn’t figure out why. I had glanced at the second light and went about yanking the bumper and testing the light ….. and no joke …. They sent me one standard led headlight…. And the driver side…. Is from the pro model lol. Could be worse . But it’s weird all the part numbers match…. But they circled it so clearly they knew something was up. Guess I’ll look like a poser ….. from the driver side ;)
Well…. I guess throwing a trd grill on there is a little poser lol.
Just thought I’d was a weird deal. side note…. I could not believe how much crisper a bright the light is . Much better than halogens. I used to run high output 130+ osram and also H9 and it’s not as good as the oem led.

They are “on sale” at sparks. total shipped was just over 1500
But figured I’d rather buy these than the 3rd party options for about same price.

    Here’s the cost break down
It’s weird …. The driver side cost a few dollars more and that’s the one that is the pro model lol. Every Penney they can squeeze out of the Trd name and model. BUT, the part numbers are correct
. They even reference Chloe’s video on their site

You could probably exchange one if you wanted. The non TRD/PRO have the large chrome strip across the top.

I bought the TRD/PRO led headlights for my offroad. Highly recommend Diode Dynamics SS3 Max's in yellow for fogs and SS3 Pro's in yellow for ditch lights.

Large chrome strip ? I must have missed something then . I think these are great just the way they are. I thought it was only the little trd and the pro badge on the lower corner that was different

I bought a used set with the trd passenger side and non pro drivers side. Problem is one is black and one is chrome. I had the non pro ds light painted black

I write Sparks parts asking if they’d be willing to help out in any way. Kinda doubt anything will happen but at least I’ll ask .
Honestly Id be ok just leaving it . I’m sure that would drive some people mad, but you can’t tell from look head on , and the drl are so bright you’d be hard pressed to tell when they are turned on

Yea the chrome strip and black strip is what would drive me insane. Honestly you tend to forget the little “trd” and “pro” are in the headlights on the pro. At least I never notice it anymore.

Yeah it was kinda funny , until MGMdesertaco mentioned the chrome strip, I wouldn’t even have noticed . It m sure maybe in time I would
Have noticed…. Maybe… so for now I’m good . I’m more curious about the why and what happened over at sparks parts that they sent the wrong one

lol shoot I guess I’ve been caught
On a good note though, they are crazy bright. And the drl look fantastic … super bright and give the truck a more aggressive front end .

This is the view I cared about as far as what they looked like most (second behind how they perform on the road )

These were a steal of a deal when sparks and some other dealers had the 20% off sale a month or so ago, lots of dealers ran out.
