I'm not removing my sway bar at least not yet.

Question is, can I swap out my standard fox resi bracket for the relocation bracket from accutune without the front end on jack stands and without disconnecting the sway bar from the spindle?

My instinct is yes, but I don't want to get half way in only to realize I was wrong.

    Thanks in advance boys

Personally, it would be much easier if you did. Takes 30 seconds to unbolt each side, and it saves many minutes of wrestling. Why not unbolt it?

Time honestly. Wanted to see if it was possible without pulling out the jack jack stands and taking the wheels off.

So it is possible to remove the sway bar mount from frame? there will be some play in the sway bar?

I loosened the nuts completely on once side still seems pretty damn solid.

I pulled my entire swaybar without any wheels leaving the ground. Just turn it on for a minute to crank the steering wheel left/right, and it's easy to get a socket in there to pull the spindle nut.

I've also done the relo bracket that way. Its possible to leave it on the spindles, but again, those are funky contortions you will be wrestling with. I like having it free when messing with the frame/bracket mounts.

@Rock Lobster great tip. Loosened both sides of the frame mount turned the wheel allowed plenty of space to work and just enough movement in the sway to allow easy manipulation.

For anyone in the future. Yes very easy to swap resi bracket by only loosening sway bar frame mount, no jack/tire removal spindle nut removal necessary.
